Over the past two years, PSIS has worked with member schools to evaluate options for the future of the consortium’s common application process. After reviewing multiple platforms and gathering feedback from schools across the consortium, PSIS selected Aryval Enroll as a partner to help build a modern application experience designed around the needs of families and admissions teams.

The 2026–2027 admissions cycle will be a phased beta rollout. A group of PSIS member schools will use Aryval Enroll this year to help test and refine the platform before broader adoption is considered in future years.

Aryval Enroll is a new application and enrollment management platform. During the 2026–2027 admissions cycle, a group of PSIS member schools will use Aryval Enroll as part of a beta testing cohort.

No. PSIS member schools may choose the application platform that best meets their needs. Some schools will use Aryval Enroll, while others will use Ravenna or another application platform.

PSIS has worked with member schools over the past two years to review options for supporting the consortium’s common application forms and school admissions processes. The beta pilot allows participating schools to test one platform, gather feedback, and better understand how different tools can support families and admissions teams.

Feedback from the pilot year will help inform future conversations and recommendations. No single platform is required for all PSIS schools during the 2026–2027 admissions cycle.

Possibly. Families applying to multiple PSIS schools may encounter more than one application platform during the 2026–2027 admissions cycle. 

We recognize that this may create additional steps for families during the transition year.

No. The content of the PSIS common application forms will remain the same across participating PSIS schools.

However, because schools may use different platforms, families may need to enter or submit the same information in more than one system.

Possibly. Families may need to create accounts in more than one application platform, depending on the schools to which they are applying. Each school’s admissions office can provide guidance on where and how to begin the application process for that school.

The PSIS common application questions will remain consistent across participating schools. To make the process easier, we recommend drafting responses in a separate document, such as a Google Doc or Word document, and then copying and pasting those responses into each school’s application platform as needed.

Families should still review each school’s application carefully, as individual schools may have supplemental questions or additional requirements.

Something to keep in mind: Once you complete and submit the PSIS shared forms for one participating school, your responses will automatically populate in the applications for any other participating PSIS schools. You'll have the opportunity to review and edit your responses before submitting each application.

They may. If a student applies to schools using different application platforms, teachers, counselors, or school administrators may receive separate recommendations or evaluation requests from each system.

The PSIS common evaluation forms contain the same questions across participating platforms. Recommenders may find it helpful to draft responses in a separate document and copy and paste them into each platform as needed.

If you think you'll be using two platforms for this cycle, we'd encourage you to let your recommenders know that they may receive more than one request if your child is applying to schools that use different platforms. You can also encourage them to save their responses in a separate document in case they need to submit similar information in another system.

No. Each PSIS member school continues to set its own admissions process, requirements, and visit opportunities. Application platforms are used to collect materials; they do not determine admissions requirements or admissions decisions.

Families should visit each school’s admissions page for the most accurate application instructions.
